Therefore no images should be copied or used without the written consent of Michelle Yvonne and will be in breach of copyright and legal proceeding may be taken if found to be doing so. Michelle Yvonne may grant the Client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client pays.

Terms and Conditions

All services need to be paid in full before products (including CD's) will be created.

If there is a failure to create the desired images Orchid Oasis Photography will do all possible to ensure the closest to the agreed package is achieved but if this isn't possible any refund will be at the discretion of Orchid Oasis Photography and will not be guaranteed.

Any cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the booking or any deposit will not be refunded.

Unfortunately Orchid Oasis Photography currently only accept cash payments but a full receipt will be provided.

Photography sessions may involve physical activity and is undertaken at your own risk. Orchid Oasis photography accept no liability for any accident or injury to yourselves, however caused.

All property belonging to you or your party are your own responsibility. Orchid Oasis photography are not responsible for the safe custody of any property, for its loss or damage.

The photographer will engage with children but the adult responsible is responsible for the child throughout, for their safety and accountable for any damage caused.

Orchid Oasis photography accept no responsibility for goods damaged in transit. Items received with any problems must be reported to Orchid Oasis Photography within 48hours for correction. Any changes in products after confirmation of goods required may incur a charge.

Any equipment belonging to Orchid Oasis Photography damaged by a client or their party must be paid for by the client, and Orchid oasis Photography retain the right to withhold products until this is done.

All bookings made through Orchid Oasis Photography via email or phone booking means your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and a signed contract stating they have been read will be completed before any goods are created.

These Terms & Conditions may change at any time without any prior or written consent.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Orchid Oasis Photography collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from clients. This privacy policy applies to all products and services offered by Orchid Oasis Photography.

Personal identification information may be collected from clients in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, subscribe to the newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources Orchid Oasis Photography make available on our Site.
